PGS MUN Conference 2013: A Year 6 Experience

Even though we started at 8:45 in the morning and finished at 4:30pm, it was definitely a worthwhile trip to school!

Whilst being run off my feet being a messenger, I was having a great time listening to all the debates, going from dealing with alcoholism to whether torture should be legal or not!

In the afternoon, all of the committees came together and had one big debate, which meant the USA were the bad guys every time! It was very nice to see old Portmuthians like Michael Roderick coming back to take part.

After all that, it was prize giving. Firstly there were separate committee prizes. Then all the Year 6s got a WHOLE box of chocolates! All my friends agreed we had had a really good time.

All in all, it was a very good day!
